Our Beginings
Security Response Center began as a local monitoring station, serving only our immediate area. Due to our ability to meet the demands of the dealers, we quickly expanded nationwide!
Security Response Center is a family business that was established in 1970, owned and operated by David, Marie and Chris Currie in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada.
Currently the company employs 75 full time staff, including our own in house IT Department. Our Monitoring Station Operators are SIA Certified and our Company has been U.L.C. Listed for Burglary, Fire Protection Systems, Central Station Sprinkler Supervisory and Bank Safe and Vault Protection. In addition SRC voluntarily became one of the first IQ Monitoring Stations in Canada which demonstrates our commitment to quality, accuracy and false dispatch reduction.
